FRENCH TOAST

4 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla flavoring

12 pieces bread (at least)

1/2 cup of vegetable oil

Mix the milk, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, and maple syrup in a bowl. Heat up a frying pan (or grill) on high for 5 minutes.

When heated, turn it down to medium and pour in the oil.

Let it sit for 2 minutes or until pan sizzles.

Coat the pieces of bread, one at a time, in the mixture and put in the pan. Grill to your liking.

Serve with fresh berries and maple syrup on top.
well if the recipe that you find interests you, then you can divide it out by 3. Sometimes you can cook the recipe and just have left overs, because a recipe for 3 would be like 6 pieces. But an easy one to cook for yourself would be: Beat one egg, add a little milk, and a dash of vanilla extract and cinnamon. hope it helps! =)
Use a small bowl, crack 1 egg and add 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar. Beat with a fork until mixed thoroughly. Add a dash of cinnamon. Drag a slice of bread through it. Then fry up the bread in a pan in a 1/2 of a tablespoon of butter. Turn it once, cook until brown on both sides. Serve with your favorite preserves, jam or syrup. Or if you don't have a sweet tooth, lightly butter the top like regular toast.
pickup a piece of frenc bread cut it from te loaf dip in scrambled egg with sugar and a touc of brandy and butter dip in flour wth cinnimon, and buter pan puat in pan wen toasted on bot sides .find a delicious rasberrt or perhaps.marmalde syrup or maple.. voila! frenc toast for ouno one.
You can, vanilla is nice but not required.

In a shallow bowl crack 1 egg and add 1/4 cup milk. Beat with a fork until mixed. Add a dash of cinnamon. Soak a piece of bread in it. Then fry up the bread in a pan in 1 pat of butter. Flip once, cook until brown on both sides. Serve with jam or syrup.
look u have to use one egg for beating whith its white and yolk....and for one person 3 tbsp milk....er if dont want any vanilla....just add sugar...2 tbsp(or according to ur taste)...beat the mixture in a bowl..put a pan(the one u use for making fried egg with salt n pepper) on a medium heat ...dip a bread slice in ur egg mix...coat it with this mix properly...an then put the slice on the pan...move it with a tong...turn it over from time to time...dont make it too brown nor too light...just medium n crispy....hmmm....i had it in the breakfast
You know when you have a recipe that says it serves three you can always divide by three to get the amount for one serving. Try that next time. And no you don't have to use vanilla.
