Good recipe for overnight french toast?

Okay so I have some bread that I forgot to take with me last week on vacation so I want to use it up in french toast or something [my toddler LOVES french toast] So I figured a good way to use it all up would be in an overnight french toast casserole. The only thing is its split wheat bread.
