Salt to taste

6 slices challah or Italian bread

In a mixing bowl, beat together eggs, yogurt, milk, spices, vanilla extract and salt. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or skillet over medium-high flame. Dunk each slice of bread in egg mixture, soaking both sides. Place in pan, and cook on both sides until golden. Serve hot and top with yogurt or fresh berries.

slice up some day old french or italian bread as thick as you want

on a medium hot fry pan, melt 1 tsp margarine or butter.

dip the bread in the egg mixture and let it soak on both sides about 10-15 seconds.

put the bread in the hot pan and fry on both sides about 2-3 minutes or until crispy brown.

for an extra nice flavour, sprinkle some cinnamon on the raw side of the toast before you flip it.

serve right out of the pan with syrup or jam

mmmmmm
Here's a variation on the traditional Vanilla French Toast recipe just for kicks.

1 loaf French bread or Texas Toast (remove crusts, 1-1/2 inch slices)

3 1/2 cups milk*

10 eggs

2 T. vanilla extract

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup sugar + 2 T. cinnamon + 1 t. nutmeg

Coat a 9 x 13 glass pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place two layers of bread in bottom - this should nearly fill the pan. Mix eggs, milk *( I use 1 cup non-fat vanilla creamer, 1 cup non-fat cream and 1 1/2 cups milk), vanilla and sugar. Pour half over bread layers. Place on bread. Cover with remaining milk/egg mixture. Sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon/nutmeg. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cook 1 hour at 325-350 degrees. Let stand a few minutes before cutting
turd **** and skeet topped off with p i s s
1 cup milk

1 (3 ounce) package vanilla pudding mix

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

8 slices thick bread

2 teaspoons butter or margarine

powdered sugar, if desired

Buttermilk Syrup

1/2 cup butter or margarine

1 tablespoon light corn syrup

1/2 cup buttermilk

1 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

For syrup, melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add buttermilk, corn syrup, and sugar. Stir and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute.

Remove from heat; add vanilla and baking soda. Syrup will be foamy. Let stand for 5-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a shallow dish, whisk together milk, pudding mix, egg, and cinnamon for 2 minutes or until well blended.

Melt butter on hot griddle or in a skillet. Dip bread in mixture, coating both sides.

Cook over heat for 2-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Serve with syrup and powdered sugar or with fresh fruit and whipped cream.

Store leftover syrup in refrigerator.
simple and from my own mind use two eggs and a tablespoon of vanilla extract or artificial extract and a dash of cinnamon if you want warm two ounces of water in a bowl in the micro wave and add the extract and the cinnamon now let cool for a minute as you stir or beat it now add the twoo eggs if its too loose then add two more add also two oz of sugar to the wet mix before the eggs now as its whipped wrm the pan or skillet or grill till a drop of water dances and then oil it with a canola and a napkin use a litle extra on the first batch then tone down the oil least and lower the heat to moderate the cooking time also no burns good luck
Mix 1 egg
