Does Anyone Have a Really Good Recipe for French Toast?

I had some awesome French toast for breakfast the last time I went to New Orleans that was made with Grand Marnier and had pecans sprinkled on top. I want to surprise Mom with brunch on Mother's Day and I would love to make something like this.Does Anyone Have a Really Good Recipe for French Toast?
