I need a really good stuffed french toast recipe (like the ones at IHOP)!?

Almond Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast





Serves: 6 Servings





3 lb French bread (wide loaf)


4 oz Almonds, dry-roasted; diced (opt)


8 oz Cream cheese; softened


1/2 c Raspberry preserves


24 Eggs


1 1/2 qt Milk


1 ts Almond extract


1 ts Vanilla extract


1 ts Cinnamon


Butter, maple syrup, powdered sugar





Cut bread into 1-inch slices and cut a


pocket into each side. Combine almonds, cream cheese and preserves and


stuff into bread pockets. Beat together eggs, milk and flavorings. Soak


bread and saute in butter until browned on both sides.














Strawberry Stuffed French Toast





8 oz Cream cheese, room


-temperature


3/4 c Strawberry jam


1/4 c Chopped pecans


French or Italian bread (thick sliced)





Instructions:

1/2 c Milk


1 tb Vanilla





Beat together the batter





Mix cream cheese, jam and nuts. Cut Italian or French bread into diagonal


pieces about 1 inch thick.





Cut pocket in each slice. Stuff with mixture. Dip into batter, coating both

IHOP Stuffed French Toast





Texas Toast


1 pkg. cream cheese, softened


1/2 cup powdered sugar


1 teaspoon vanilla


1 egg, beaten


1/2 can evaporated milk


1/4 cup sugar


Cinnamon to taste





Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar and extract till spreading consistency. Spread between 2 pieces of texas toast until desired amount of toast is prepared. In a shallow dish, beat together eggs, milk, sugar and cinnamon. Heat an oiled griddle on med-high heat until water sizzles when dropped on it. Dredge toast through egg mix one at a time and cook on griddle till golden brown then flip and repeat.
