4 large eggs

2 Tbsp milk or cream

pinch of salt

1/8 tsp of cinnamon

sprinkle of nutmeg

1 tsp of vanilla.

8 slices of bread

Whisk all ingredients except bread together well. Heat griddle or frying pan and coat lightly with butter. Dip bread in egg mixture quickly on both sides and put on griddle. Fry till golden brown on both sides, . Serve with butter and warmed syrup.
I use eggs scramled, dip the bread in it and fry in a little butter or non-stick spray. Try adding a little cream cheese and strawberries on top or powdered sugar......mmmm.

Ultimate French Toast

4 eggs

2 tablespoons milk

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

8 slices raisin bread

Combine eggs, milk and cinnamon; beat well. Dip bread into egg mixture until completely coated.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Cook bread slices until they are golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with powdered sugar.

==============================
I mix together milk, egg, and cinnamon. I lightly spread butter on the bread, dip the bread in the egg mixture and put it on a frying pan. I sprinkle a little more cinnamon on it. After I flip it, I sprinkle a little more cinnamon on it. After it is done, I butter it and lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar and pour maple syrup over it! Yumm! If you don't have powdered sugar, just use granulated! It tastes just as good!
