Enjoy :)
I make this all the time:) Just put bread in a 9x13'; pan (white, cinnamon-raisin, egg - whatever you like or have). Beat up 4-5 eggs, milk, salt, pepper, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and a dash of cinnamon and pour it on top. It will be absorbed into the bread in the morning. Then bake it on a sprayed baking sheet at 400 for about 10-15 min......
you mix 3 eggs

a little milk

and pepper in a bowl

take you peice of bread and soak it in the egg mixture for about 30 seconds and fry it in a pan (do not put butter or anything in the pan just the egg soaked bread) until fully cooked about 10 min.
Have your pick
