French toast recipe without the egg taste?

Does anyone know a french toast recipe that doesn't have any egg taste at all. I want the recipe to incorporate eggs, but I don't want to taste them. For example, eggs are used in cookie recipes, but if they are made right you couldn't taste it if you tried. So basically, I would like my french toast with plenty of Cinnamon-y, sugary goodness! Thanks in advance for the help!

P.S. I know that this is possible, because I tried french toast made with baguette bread and I couldn't taste any egg.French toast recipe without the egg taste?
Use your regular recipee, and when finished, add or dip into MAPLE SYRUP.

It is delicious, when I first heard the idea, I thought it was odd and would be aweful, but I loved French Toast ever since!French toast recipe without the egg taste?
introFrench toast recipe

French toast is a delicious breakfast. It is very easy to make, and it takes very little time.

French toast originated as a way to use day-old or stale bread (some breads, French bread especially, become stale after one day). Whereas a stale, crunchy bread might seem unappetizing, soaking the bread in eggs and frying it solved that problem. The precise origins of the recipe are unknown.

The Ingredients:

2-3 large eggs

A pinch of cinnamon

3 tablespoons of milk

1 teaspoon of vanilla.

Hi,

I have to say I like the egg tastes with crisp bacon and tons of yummy maple syrup, oh! Lets not for 2 eggs over easy, yum the best! Oops I almost forgot fresh orange juice yes lol. Ok why not try this?

Something light change from traditional French toast

Serving 3

Ingredients

6 slices of light honey wheat bread

戮 cup egg substitute

3 tablespoon skim milk

1 tablespoon of your best cinnamon

1 teaspoon of your best vanilla

1 teaspoon of white sugar

Mix the last five ingredients together, and then dip each slice of bread in the liquid mixture. Place the dipped bread on a griddle that is coated with cooking spray. Flip the bread to cook the other side.

You can dust with confectioner's sugar, or top the French toast with fruit is another delicious option.

Hopes that works for you, happy cooking and take care
2 eggs

1 tbsp. milk

1 tsp. sugar

1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp. almond extract (some prefer vanilla extract)

4 slices bread, cut extra thick (1 inch French bread is good)

1 tsp. butter

Beat eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and almond extract together in large bowl - use fork or whisk. Saturate bread slices in mixture.

Preheat skillet - use Pam (or butter) evenly over surface. Put bread on skillet and cook on side one until egg mixture is set. Turn over and cook second side.
I know what you mean about the egg taste, I love eggs but am not keen on that scorched flavour. You might try making it with egg white and not yolk? or with cream added to the mix, so the flavour of the egg is masked a bit. And serve it with lots of maple syrup and spice, of course.
I don't care for the egg taste either. I add a little more milk to the beaten egg (I use one egg), add cinnamin; and don't let the bread soak in the egg mixture. Give it a quick dip. You might try using just egg white. Using date nut or cinnamon raisin bread helps too.
You put in enough vanilla, to cover the taste of the egg. You already mention cinnamon, so add some more. A fruit jam, fresh berries or maple syrup topping will help. Fresh squeezed orange juice and a little powdered sugar could also help. You don't like eggs?
